Project Accountant Jobs in Construction

Project accountants own the money side of a construction project: setting up job cost structures, tracking committed costs against budget, preparing monthly work-in-progress (WIP) schedules, and driving owner billings — often AIA G702/G703 progress applications. It is the most common entry point into a construction finance career, and the one contractors have the hardest time filling.

The roles below come straight from contractor career sites (general contractors, subcontractors, and developers) — no staffing-agency reposts. Every listing links to the employer’s own application page.
